I first began practising yoga in 2001 when a friend brought a DVD to do as a laugh. I was hooked!
I soon started attending a weekly Dru class and my love of yoga kept growing.
I'd leave each class feeling amazing, relaxed but full of energy.
I decided I really wanted to teach to make people feel how i felt after each class.
I qualied as a Dru yoga teacher in 2015 and started teaching evening classes.
In 2017 after working in care for 20 years I left to follow my dream and began to teach full time.
I still return to care homes to teach armchair yoga and my eldest student is 101!
