I'm a Dru certified yoga instructor teaching since 2016, currently in Mirfield, Kirkheaton and Cleckheaton.
I run regular group classes, one-to-ones and workshops, plus pre and post-natal yoga. Alonside these I also run armchair yoga classes in local care homes and am also fully qualifed to teach kids and teens.
