I offer specialised sessions specifically designed to support women through their pregnancies and labour. These sessions focus on gentle stretching, calming breathwork, and deep relaxation to help ease the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy.

With experience in running dedicated pre-natal courses, I am also happy to modify my general classes to accommodate expectant mothers, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need. However, please note that pre-natal yoga is unsuitable for pregnancies under 13 weeks. My aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for all mothers-to-be, helping them stay healthy and relaxed throughout their pregnancy journey.
