Testimonials and Reviews

Sarah’s classes are friendly and caring, just what I need twice a week. She brings out the best in people and keep me going in mind and body.

I recommend yoga classes with Sarah. It is a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I always feel so much better afterwards.

I have been coming to Sarah’s classes for about 9 months. Sarah’s lighthearted and warm approach is just fabulous. I almost instantly felt part of Sarah’s “yoga family” – she and the rest of the class made me so welcome. It is the perfect blend of having a bit of a laugh while at the same time really putting my body through a proper workout. I really appreciate Sarah’s commitment to valuing everyone and recognising how everybody is working at a slightly different level and pace – previous yoga classes have sometimes left me feeling inadequate or dissatisfied with myself. In Sarah’s classes you work really hard but it is balanced with humour, care and a lovely restorative relaxation at the end – with some words of wisdom and inspiration to lift our spirits as we return to our busy lives. Can’t recommend highly enough!
